We reserve the right to terminate a residency agreement where a resident's care needs exceed what the community can safely provide, in cases of serious conduct that disrupts community life, or where payment obligations are not met. We will act with reasonable notice and care in such circumstances.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Khwan Retreat's liability for any claim arising from use of this website or our services is limited to the amount paid in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We encourage any disputes to be raised directly with us in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
These Terms & Conditions, together with any residency agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
